How to Submit
Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission form. First, create a user account using your email address and password.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after successful submission. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact [email protected]. An abstract that remains in Draft status has not been submitted and cannot be seen by the organisers.
Draft abstracts may be edited until the submission deadline. To correct an abstract that has already been submitted, contact [email protected] before the deadline.
All correspondence will be sent to the submitting author’s email address.

SubmitSubmission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in clear English.
- The title must contain no more than 30 words and be written in Title Case.
- The abstract must clearly present the background and objective, methods, principal results and conclusions. Section headings are not required.
- The abstract body must not exceed 500 words.
- Results should include specific findings and quantitative data where possible. Statements such as “results will be presented” are not acceptable.
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords.
- Each abstract must be submitted under one of the congress topics listed below.
- One image may be included with the abstract
- Each presenting author may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
- Abstracts should present original, recent and relevant research. Previously published results may be included, provided that the contribution offers a meaningful and up-to-date scientific perspective.
Review and Presentation
All abstracts will be reviewed by appointed reviewers and confirmed by the Scientific Committee. The Committee reserves the right to assign an accepted abstract to the most appropriate topic or presentation format.
Accepted abstracts will be assigned to an oral or poster presentation. The presenting author must register by the presenter registration deadline for the abstract to remain in the final programme.
Acceptance notifications will be sent to the submitting author by 1 May 2027. Only authors whose registration fee has been paid by 1 June 2027 will remain listed in the programme and eligible for publication.
