How do I register?

Complete the online registration form, select your registration category and add any optional social events you would like to attend.

Once all required information has been entered, proceed to payment to complete your registration.

Do I need to create a new account?

If you have already submitted an abstract for EuropaCat 2027, your account has already been created. Please use the same account to register for the congress.

If you have not submitted an abstract, you will need to create a new account using your email address and password.

If you are using the same computer to register multiple participants, please make sure to log out and clear the previous session before starting a new registration. This will help prevent previously entered data from being overwritten.

How can I pay my registration fee?

Registration fees can be paid by:

  • Credit card — Visa or Mastercard
  • Bank transfer

For bank transfers, all bank charges must be covered by the participant or paying institution.

Payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.

Can I book social events during registration?

Yes. Tickets for the EuropaCat Party and Congress Dinner can be added during the registration process at an additional fee.

Places for selected social events are limited, particularly for the Congress Dinner, and are subject to availability.

The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee and does not require an additional ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the EuropaCat 2027 Registration Office.

  • Until 15 June 2027: refund of the registration fee, less a €100 administrative fee
  • From 16 June 2027: no refund

Is Cankarjev dom accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. All congress halls and main event areas at Cankarjev dom are accessible by lift, with the exception of the Congress Dinner location.
